Click on 'admin' from the account dropdown

Select publisher overview from left dropdown

Select publisher

Click on Margin section to navigate there

Click on to copy an existing margin line item

Select copied line and click on to edit details

Select Publisher

Select Discount Percentage

Select Currency

Set the CPM rate

Select additional relationships with other parties including fee % (up to 4)

Click save
