Click on 'admin' from the account dropdown

Select publisher overview from left dropdown

Select publisher you wish to add placements for

Click on to copy an existing placement

Click on to edit the placement details

Edit placement window will pop up

Select Zone

Select Currency

Select Country

Select Vertical

Select buy type and place

select format size

select rates

Status can be saved as draft, paused or active

Click save
