Select the button or widget you want to link to a destination

Go to properties > actions & events and, under action, select click

Under outcome you can select go to page if you want to link the selected widget to another page in the same studio project, and you'll have the option to select which page

You'll also have the option to go to a URL

In this case, you can type the destination URL and set it to open in the same window, in a new tab, or as an overlay
