Click on

Select campaign and studio project

Enter sms name for internal reference

Select all fields that apply which will reflect on the sms content box

Select sms language

Select date and time to schedule the sms

Select cluster and sub cluster to associate customers you want to send this sms to

Choose if you want to save the setting as a new rule and name the rule

Lastly, select status of the batch (draft/active/paused) and click on create
